Looking for Napa travel advice?  If you are looking for suggestions on where to go wine tasting and/or where to eat, we have posted our favorite places to go on our website.  Click here to see our page on Napa, Mount Veeder, and the Oak Knoll District.

South of downtown, in the Corporate Park area, we really like Falcor and Patz & Hall wineries.  If you are staying at the Meritage resort or the Vino Bello timeshares, these are the closest wineries to you.

If you are driving up Redwood Road to Mount Veeder, try to include Hess Collection and Hendry (but please contact Hendry in advance to schedule an appointment).

Closer to the center of Napa are two of the best wineries in Napa Valley for Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel: Robert Craig Winery and Robert Biale Vineyards.  If you are a Chardonnay fan, head towards HdV (after making an appointment).

Another option for wine tasting is to go west into the Los Carneros area.  Click here to see our page on Carneros.

Our dining recommendations include everything from breakfast to dinner, fish tacos to tapas, and vegetarian dining to steak houses.  Or, you can just go to Oxbow Public Market at pretty much any point during the day and be happy you did.

Welcome to Napa Valley.
