Whether you are looking for a family-style meal, an all-you-can-eat buffet, or if you just prefer to order à la carte, there’s a Mother’s Day Brunch option that’s bound to be perfect.

Many Napa Valley restaurants have wonderful menu options for Sunday Brunch throughout the year, while others are creating a special Mother’s Day Brunch for next weekend.  If you’re looking for typical brunch options such as fruit, pancakes, omelets, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, or even chicken and waffles, you’re going to find it.

But, since this is Napa Valley, your menu choices will also include Beignets with Bourbon Caramel Sauce, Bartlett Pear and Strawberry Salad, Green Apple and Wild Berry Pancakes, Croque Monsieur (or Madame), Breakfast Pizza with Chili Sauce and Scrambled Eggs, Petrale Sole Tacos, Achiote Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Cabernet Braised Short Ribs.

  • Compadres Rio Grille is offering a special Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch for $35 for adults and $15 for children (under age 10) with bottomless Mimosas and the skills of a Caricature Artist in addition to their regular menus. The buffet has over 30 items including Fresh Fruit, Spinach Salad, Shrimp, Chilaquiles, Chile Rellenos, Grilled “Pollo Loco” with Mole Poblano, and Tamales de Dulce. Family-Style Brunch for Mother’s Day in Napa Valley

Fruit at Farmers MarketOn May 8, FARM (at The Carneros Inn) will be offering a family-style Mother’s Day Brunch for $80 per person, $40 per person for children 4-12, and children under the age of 4 are free.  The platters and bowls on your table will contain Kale Chips, Stone Fruits Salad, Local Halibut, Rosemary Honey Glazed Caggiano Ham, and a Mother’s Day Dessert Trio (Chocolate Raspberry Tart, Cheesecake Pop, Vanilla Panna Cotta with Fruit Compote).  You can see the full menu here.  4048 Sonoma Highway, Napa  (707) 299-4880

 

Prix Fixe Brunch Menus for Mother’s Day in Napa Valley

A few restaurants are offering special prix fixe meals with a wide variety of course choices for Mother’s Day Brunch this year:

Auberge du Soleil has a Sunday Brunch with a Prix Fixe menu for $65 per guest, starting with House Made Pastries and a beverage (choices include Sparkling Wine, Bellini or Bloody Mary). After that, there are food choices such as Poached Wild Shrimp, Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberries and Applewood Smoked Bacon, Maine Lobster Omelet, Duck Confit Hash and Cabernet Braised Short Ribs. Carpe Diem is offering a brunch experience with four courses: Donut Dippers as an Amuse Bouche; Shaved Asparagus Salad or Roasted Cauliflower Soup; Brioche French Toast or Crab Benedict or Wild Mushroom Flatbread; and then an Ice Cream Sandwich for Dessert. Hurley’s is offering a three-course prix fixe menu with 3-6 choices per course for $60 (including a glass of JCB Brut Sparkling Wine, Mimosa, Fresh Squeezed Juice, or Soda). Options include a Fresh Fruit Bowl with Honey Yogurt, Squash Blossom Fritters Stuffed with Herbed Goat Cheese, Salmon and Grilled Prawn Salad, Wild Mushroom Omelette, Corned Beef Hash and Strawberry Shortcake.
