So let’s say that you’ve been wine tasting in Napa Valley, it’s getting close to 5 pm, and you just left a winery that didn’t quite live up to what you had been hoping for. What you really want is just one more chance to end the day on a good note, but you know that most wineries stop pouring by 5.
